Date: October 24 – 27, 2024
1. Only those people who send the application form to the Organizer, pay the appropriate fee and receive the final confirmation sent to the Participant’s e-mail address have the right to participate in the marathon.
2. Sending the application form does not guarantee participation in the marathon. The guarantee of a place is the receipt of the payment by the Organizer within the deadline set in the registration process.
3. After sending the application form, the Participant will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the application, and within 14 days the Organizer will notify the Participant about being accepted for the marathon or being placed on the reserve list.
4. Registration for the marathon can be done both in pairs and solo. There is a separate registration form for solo people and couples.
5. The Organizers care about the balance between the leading Participants and the following Participants. Solo people will be accepted for the marathon on the reserve list, and after a person in a different role registers for the couple, they will be accepted for the marathon as a Participant.
6. The cost of participation in the marathon depends on the date of receipt of the registration form by the Organizer, in accordance with the payment schedule available on the Organizer’s website.
7. If accepted for the marathon, the Participant has 7 days to pay the registration fee. All details regarding the fee for participation in the marathon will be sent to the Participant’s e-mail address.
8. If payment is not made by the deadline indicated in the email, registration for the marathon will be canceled.
9. All costs related to the payment for the marathon, i.e. currency conversion costs, transfer fees and any other fees related to the transfer are borne by the Participant. In case of receiving a lower amount than specified in the registration form, the Organizer will ask the Participant to compensate the payment.
10. If you submit a declaration of willingness to participate in the marathon as a couple and receive payment only from one of the registered persons, the Organizer has the right to refuse both Participants to participate in the marathon, despite the payment of the fee by one of them. In the event of an emergency, the marathon participation fee will be refunded to the indicated bank account within 14 days.
11. If the Participant resigns from participating in the marathon, the Organizer is not obliged to refund the registration fee.
12. The right to participate in the marathon cannot be transferred by the Participant to another person. In exceptional and urgent cases, the Participant may submit to the Organizer a request to transfer the right to participate to another person from the reserve list. In such a case, the Participant will receive a refund of the fees paid after completing the registration process of a person from the reserve list and paying the fee.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to confirm the Participant’s identity by presenting an ID card or other document.
14. The list of marathon participants will be closed on October 18, 2024 or when the limit of places is reached.
15. The number of places at the marathon is limited.
16. The organizer reserves the right to refuse reservations and admission to the marathon at its own discretion, without giving a reason.
17. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the marathon program and regulations, and in exceptional cases to change the place and price of the event. All current information will be available on the website and on the marathon’s Facebook channels.
18. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the marathon or change the date of the event.
In the event of cancellation, the payment for the marathon will be returned to the bank account provided by the Participant. If the marathon is moved to another date, the registration fee will be transferred to the new event date.
19. Participation in the marathon is tantamount to expressing irrevocable, indefinite consent by the Participant to the use of his/her image by publishing photos and audiovisual materials on the marathon’s websites, on the social media accounts of the Organizer, official photographers and filmmakers of the marathon and in advertising materials in the media (internet, press and television) placed to promote the current and next editions of the marathon.
20. The Organizer is not responsible for personal items left by the Participant without supervision and proper protection during participation in the marathon.
21. The Organizer is not responsible for destruction or loss of Participants’ property, as well as for damage caused by the Participant during their stay at the marathon. Each marathon participant is individually financially responsible for any damage caused by his/her fault during the marathon.
22. The Organizer does not organize and does not reimburse the costs incurred by the Participant for booking accommodation, purchasing transport tickets (air, train, etc.). Providing accommodation and transport is the responsibility of the marathon participant. The Organizer suggests purchasing accommodation or transport tickets after the Organizer’s final confirmation of participation in the marathon.
23. The Organizer is not responsible for health damage or accidents occurring during the marathon due to the participant’s own fault or as a consequence of the actions of another Participant. It does not provide insurance to Participants during their participation in the marathon.
